The vision that gave birth to the above named mission was given to the founder, Rev. Matthew Akansi Oluseesin on 26th, August 1978 at 6:20am.
He immediately moved into action about the vision by making a  rubber stamp in the name of the ministry and stamping the imported tracts for free distribution. He started bus evangelism, preaching and distributing tracts in buses.
He met brother (now Pastor) Jacob Adio Adeyemi in 1979 in the bus while preaching, who later became his partner in the mission work. The two started praying together, sharing the vision and together, they continued the bus evangelism. With him, Rev. Oluseesin started conducting revival and seminar in churches. In 1981, few brothers and sisters joined them. They started conducting village evangelism in various villages and towns in many states of the federation.
